Conveyor is designed for vertical handling of wide range of bulk materials in a continuous, pulsating material flow, by revolving carriers to form an endless run. PRAWEG offers variety of elevators like centrifugal discharge type, positive discharge type, continuous type and also super capacity elevators.
 
High speed centrifugal discharge type bucket elevators are used for conveying dry easily flowing, pulverized and fine size lumpy materials like crushed coal, cement, sand etc. In case of large size lumpy and abrasive materials, PRAWEG offers slow speed elevators where without scooping the material is lifted.
 
Use of chains or belts as traction element and different bucket shapes, provide universal possibility of combinations. PRAWEG designs elevators to match your duty requirements by selecting the appropriate combination. Apart from conventional bucket elevators also offers overlapping buckets type elevator, shelf elevator, cradle elevator etc.
 
PRAWEG offers shelf elevators for vertical or inclined conveying of various unit loads like barrels, boxes, bales, etc. Variety of racks on the shelf elevator chains facilitate lifting of various shapes of loads. Cradle elevators can be offered where intermediate loading or unloading is envisaged. Electrical interlocking to achieve automatic loading/unloading can also be provided.
